Delivery Information

1. Delivery Service Overview

We are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service for all our café and deli wholesale customers. All orders are dispatched using APC, allowing us to deliver across the UK on a next-day basis, subject to cut-off times and courier availability.

2. Minimum Order Value

All orders must meet our minimum order value of £150 (excluding VAT) to qualify for delivery.
Orders below this value cannot be processed for dispatch.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery is free of charge on all qualifying orders over £150.
No additional delivery fees will be applied once the minimum order value is met.

4. Delivery Times

We offer Next Day Delivery on all qualifying orders placed before 2pm.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

Customers must ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
The Company cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Risk of Loss or Damage

Risk passes to the Customer once the Products have been delivered to the address provided.
Any shortages or visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

APC will attempt delivery to the address provided and may offer rescheduling or alternative delivery options.
If a delivery is missed and returned to us, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

8. Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Deliveries to remote, rural, or offshore locations may be subject to extended delivery times based on APC’s service coverage.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, courier disruption, industrial action, or transport delays.

10. General

These Delivery Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these conditions relating to delivery, minimum order values, and courier arrangements.
